Game Update #4 - Halloween Event, Competition, New Trash System, T11 Gear + MORE!

Halloween Event

The long-awaited Halloween event is finally here and will run for about a month! It's packed with exciting new content, split into several parts.

How to participate in the event: When you log in, you'll need to talk to Jack, who will give you a Jack-O-Lantern and assign you tasks. Use your lantern to check your progress. Although the NPCs you need to kill don't typically drop items, there's a small chance they'll drop 500 spooky candy. Complete tasks to earn more candy! Once you've gathered 2,000 spooky candy, you'll be able to enter the Mayor Zone.

Mayor Zone

The Mayor Zone can be accessed using your Jack-O-Lantern. It costs 150 spooky candy to teleport here, and 150 more candy will be drained every 30 seconds you stay. The Mayor drops Mayor candy, which is used to fill the cauldron at home, as well as tickets, boxes, skeleton gear, and a pet!

Cauldron & Global Boss

At home, you’ll find a cauldron that can be filled with Mayor candy. Once it reaches 40,000 candy, the Global Boss will spawn. After defeating the boss, Halloween tickets will drop everywhere, so be quick to grab as many as possible! The boss also drops rare items, including a special pet!

Event Rewards

During the event, you’ll earn Halloween tickets, which can be spent at Jack’s shop on Halloween Wheels and Halloween Boxes.

Skeleton Set: A cosmetic item that boosts your total DR by 3% per item equipped.

Jack Set: This set offers a 7.5% boost to your total drop rate per item.

Pumpkin Head: This will grant you a 10% boost to your total drop rate.

Competition

There’s a leaderboard for every part of the event, which can be viewed from the cauldron. Rewards will be given at the end of the event, so be sure to compete for the top spots!

New Trash System

Higher-tier items can now be traded in for Elder Tokens. You’ll gain experience towards your trashing level, with milestone rewards along the way!

You can also use Elder Tokens to unlock and upgrade new perks, such as:

Slayer Extension - Increases slayer task size for more AFK rewards.

Melee, Ranged, Magic Bonuses - Permanently increase your strength, ranged, and magic bonuses.

Boss Slayer - Increased chance for extra boss slayer box drops.

Critical Chance - Permanently increases your critical hit chance.

Extra Splat Chance - Increases your chance of landing an extra hit with the extra hit prayer.

Manray Scrolls - Higher chance of getting $ scroll drops from Manray.

One Piece Superiors - Increases your chances of encountering superiors in One Piece.

T11 Gear

Introducing three new BIS armor sets and weapons! No new auras or capes yet, but they’re coming in a smaller update soon.

Epic Slayer Totem

Craft the new Epic Slayer Totem using the Epic Elixir from the Slayer Shop.

Rapture Shield

The new BIS shield, made from combining the Treason shield with the Magic, Ranged, and Melee T10 shields.

Epic Auras

Create these in the upgrading menu for a combat bonus of 1.25m and 34% DR!

Lightning Enhancement

Lightning Enhancements are now available for T11 rings & amulets.

Eder Attachment

Elder Attachments can be acquired from the Elder Token shop or as a rare drop.

New Buff Items

New Buff Items – 20-minute Aggression and Titan Serum potions.

New Zone: Evangilon Zone

Introducing the Evangilon Zone, which drops Evangilon armor and can be trashed for Elder Tokens.

Elder Casket

Elder Casket - A new casket for junk drops.

Elder Keys

Evangilon Boss

Evangilon Boss - Unlockable after completing the Evangilon Zone.

Evangilon Pet/Talisman - Instantly heals the player to full HP and is more effective than the Screwdriver Healer.

Alien Boss

Can be challenged once the Evangilon Zone is completed. Beware, this boss packs a punch and will be nearly impossible without the Evangilon set or talisman.

Other Updates

Ironman Shop has been updated with Precision (1) and Elder Attachments. The in-game Donator Shop has also been updated with Corrupted Attachments, 20-minute Aggression, and Titan Serum potions.

Skeleton Lich - Fireball attacks have been reduced in frequency, and the falling speed is now 4x slower, making them easier to dodge.

Miscellaneous Fixes:

Reduced spam from Manray spawns

Removed spam from B box, critical prayer, and extra hit prayer

Made pets no longer delete your items

Fixed B tickets pouch spam when opening keys

Fixed NPC display issues on interfaces

Made task reset scrolls stackable

Fixed vote duping bug

Resolved issues with spinner wheels

Improved client and server stability

Fixed several small client bugs and errors
